"Love the merch, but the preorder was frustrating"
I preordered the merch expecting it to ship around the release date, or at least get some clear updates along the way. Instead, the communication was kind of all over the place, sometimes it seemed like things were moving, then nothing for a while. It ended up arriving way later than I thought it would, and support took a while to respond too. I’m still a big fan, and I’m happy to finally have it, but the whole preorder experience was annoying

"Checkout finally worked after I had to refresh"
The checkout page froze on me the first time, so I had to refresh and go through the extra hassle of trying again. The order did eventually go through, but it was kind of annoying to have to deal with that extra step.

I ordered a hoodie and a shirt from the site, and the main things I paid attention to were the print quality and how the fabric felt. Both turned out solid—the print looks clean, the material feels thick enough, and after a few washes they’re still holding up fine. Happy with the order overall.

I went on linkinpark.com to check the tour dates and grab tickets, and it was super easy. The dates, times, and prices were all right there, and the ticket link worked without any hassle or weird glitches. Buying them gave me this little rush because it reminded me of being younger and listening to their songs on repeat during some really intense times in my life. I’m really happy with how smooth it was, and now I seriously can’t wait for the show...

"Shirt took forever to ship"
I ordered a shirt from Linkin Park and it took way longer than I thought it would to even get moving. I kept checking the tracking because I needed it for something, and it just sat there for days with no real update. When it finally showed up, the shirt itself was fine, so no issue there. It was just the waiting that got annoying. Not the worst ordering experience I’ve had, but definitely slower than I expected.

"Sizing was way off and honestly annoying"
I ordered a shirt from linkinpark.com because the print looked awesome, but the sizing was a mess. I got my usual size and even checked the size chart, so I don’t really have patience for it showing up fitting way smaller than expected. Shipping was fine, no issue there, but the sizing needs to be more accurate

I signed up for linkinpark.com mainly for the exclusive stuff, it was 100% the right call. There are old clips and updates on there that I swear I’ve never seen anywhere else, and I’ve looked. The site itself is easy to get around too, which helps a lot. It’s not absolutely perfect, but I definitely check it way more than I thought I would

"Had the hoodie in stock"
I hopped on linkinpark.com to check if the hoodie I’d been eyeing was still available, and yeah, it actually was. Which was a nice surprise... The sizes were easy to see too, not one of those annoying situations where you get all the way to checkout and then... Ordering was simple and there were still a few choices left, so I didn’t feel like I was grabbing the last random size or anything. Happy with how it went, and I’d probably check there again next time.

Bought a digital album from linkinpark.com and the download link popped up fast after checkout. Was able to download everything without much trouble, and the audio quality sounded good to me.
Only giving 4 stars because the confirmation email took longer than expected and ended up in spam. Not a huge problem, just a little annoying at the time.

I’m a big Linkin Park fan, so I went in expecting the site to feel a little more alive, like somewhere fans could actually connect. My first impression was that it’s mostly updates, merch, and announcements, which is useful, but it felt one-sided. I kept getting the feeling there should be more community stuff, like easier fan discussions or ways to interact with other fans. Maybe I just didn’t find it, but the whole thing felt kind of empty in that sense. It’s not bad at all, just a little disappointing if you’re hoping for more than news.

"Login was fine once I gave it a minute"
I logged into my linkinpark.com account and it went smoothly, I think? The page took a little while to load at first, which made me wonder if something was wrong, but once it came up my email and password worked right away. It also remembered me afterward, which was nice and kind of what you want from a login, right? Not totally perfect because of the wait, but overall it was easy...
